Role in PREM: As a Achieving in Research, Mathematics and Science (ARMAS) Center Director, Edward Martinez will be involved in the recruitment of new students to PREM and STEM disciplines, and in the outreach activities to high school students in northern New Mexico. Also, together with Andrew Heckler and Rolando Valdes Aguilar from OSU, Edward Martinez will coordinate internships and REU summer programs of NMHU students at OSU.
