Computational Engineering Program
NMHU offers a BS degree in Computational Engineering (BSCE).
The BSCE is technology oriented with its roots in high
performance computing and computer visualization. Students
who graduate form this program will have a working knowledge
of computer programming of high performance computer systems
together with a basic knowledge of the fundamentals of engineering.
In addition, the students will have the mathematical and
statistical modeling knowledge to represent and design
many engineering systems.
The goals of Computational Engineering program are two-fold: First,
this program prepares students in a cutting-edge engineering program
which provides them with the abilities to pursue career opportunities
in entrepreneurship, industry or government. Second, it prepares
students with the undergraduate background and expertise needed for
success in obtaining graduate degrees in engineering or any other related field.
